Whether you like his in your face style of comedy or not, Dane Cook is one of the biggest comedians in the world. Additionally, Cook has recently made the transition to major motion pictures such as Good Luck Chuck, Employee Of the Month and Waiting. This November 19 will be Cook’s first time in Winnipeg when he performs at Winnipeg’s largest venue, The MTS Centre.

Tickets go on sale to the public Friday and will range in price from $35 all the way to $260 dollars. I looked into it a bit and could not find any details on the massive price range. Also after watching some of Cook’s routines, I’m not sure I would want to sit too close to him after seeing how much he sweats. Tickets go on sale to the public Friday, September 11 with the presale starting Thursday September 10. According to Ticketmaster, the show will begin at 8:00PM on November 19.

Personally I am not a huge fan of Cook’s stand up comedy but below is a video of him that I chuckled to. Another fun fact about Cook is that he currently holds the record for most Myspace friends at 2.6 million. I didn’t know people still used Myspace….
