As another Winnipeg summer comes to a close, so does the summers most successful and busy weekly bar night. On September 6 2010, Ladies In The District Monday’s At Alive Nightclub Winnipeg will close it’s doors. Before this summer, Alive had always been a strict 21+ crowd. Mondays was the first consistent weekly event at Alive to allow the 18+ crowd in and it paid off immensely thanks to the hard work of some ambitious young promoters. Monday’s at Alive were always marked with long lines, great music, celebrity appearances, and a great crowd packing the dance floor.

Although many may be upset with the ending of Mondays, the news is bittersweet as the same promoters that started Monday’s At Alive will now be taking over Alive’s regular Friday Nights! Expect the same music (DJ Ric Hard & Guests), crowd, celebrity appearances as Monday nights with a few new sponsors and on a weekend!
